In my journey as an HR professional, I've embraced a mission to create workplaces where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow. From managing operational activities to introducing innovative policies like Work From Home and Performance Management, my focus has always been on making our workplace not just efficient, but also enjoyable and growthful.  And when it comes to hiring, I've sought to revolutionize the experience, introducing automation on the Monday board to ensure a seamless and transparent process for candidates and hiring teams alike. But it's not just about processes—it's about people. That's why I've been deeply involved in initiatives like buddy programs and leadership training sessions, aiming to foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and inclusivity. And let's not forget the fun stuff—I've organized everything from Fun Fridays to charity initiatives, because I believe that a happy workplace is a productive one.
